Bienvenido a Miami!

I have a little bit of a confession to make... I don't particularly like blogging, or, more specifically writing. I've never been good or even really interested in keeping a diary or journal. I can't tell you hwo many cute little diaries I've received or have bought for myself, only to write some semblance of what I think a journal entry should be (Dear diary blah blah blah) on the first page and then abandon it completely, without as much as a second thought. It's important to me, though, to record these experiences so I had to come up with a method that I would have a more successful time keeping up. What I'm going to do is post a picture everyday, or as close to everyday as I can. Sometimes it might be just the picture, but I'm hoping that other days a picture will be a good starting place for me to record adventures and share some thoughts. We'll see how it goes... this is a bit of an experiment for me.

This first picture is the view from the plane as we took off from Portland yesterday. I think that's Mt. Hood, Mt. Jefferson and Mt. Adams. Could be wrong though...
